Assisted Listening: Both the Little York Pavilion and CRT Downtown are equipped with FM frequency assisted listening devices.  These devices are available at the Box Office during events at both CRT locations.  A valid identification such as a driver's license is needed to be left as collateral, and upon return of the device in the same condition, this identification will be returned. There is no charge for this service.  Personal headphones are allowed as well.  Neck loops are available that are compatible with our listening devices.

Large Print Programs:  Copies of our programs, enlarged to 8.5x11 page size, are available at the Box Office.

Wheelchair/Walker Accessibility: If wheelchair accommodations are needed, please be sure to request this when purchasing tickets.

Little York Pavilion:  The theatre in the Pavilion is located on the second floor, accessible by an elevator.  The elevator is located in the stairwell at the top of the first floor ramp on the west side of the building.  On the second floor, the wheelchair accessible theatre entrance is located on the west side of the building, a few feet away from the elevator.  12 seats total are available for wheelchair seating in the front row, with companions, on two sides of the stage. The front row seats are also all accessible for individuals with walkers or canes; the rest of the seats are up one to five steps.  CRT requests, for the safety of other audience members and actors, that ushers are allowed to remove walkers during the performance; they will be returned directly following the show.

Please be aware that the rest rooms for the Pavilion are only located on the FIRST floor of the building.

Plus” Size Seating: Select aisle seats at the Little York Pavilion are “Plus” size seating to accommodate those guests who wish to take advantage of this opportunity.  Please request this seating when purchasing tickets.

CRT Downtown:  Select seats are provided for wheelchair seating at CRT Downtown, though the exact locations of these seats may change as the seating configuration varies from show to show. Please check with the Box Office staff when purchasing tickets as to exact locations of wheelchair seating.

Aisles

The Little York Pavilion: For safety and as a courtesy to performers and other ticketholders, please do not sit or stand in the aisles.

CRT Downtown: Because of a variety of seating arrangements possible at CRT Downtown, we ask our audience members to be mindful of other ticketholders around them.  Please tuck chairs under the tables if moving from your seat.  Please keep the areas around your tables open as much as possible to allow other ticketholders to move from their seat if necessary.

Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

Service Animals
Service animals are permitted at both Cortland Repertory Theatre locations.  We do ask that if you plan to attend with a service animal that you alert our Box Office to this fact beforehand.

Emotional Support Animals
An emotional support animal may only be used at our facilities by persons with a diagnosed mental or emotional disorder.  While the animal may or may not have specific training for that function, it must be trained to behave appropriately in a public setting.   Animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual who brought the animal, rather than in the aisle.  A guest whose animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

By law, smoking in all areas of Cortland Repertory Theatre is prohibited. You may smoke outside either of our building, at a minimum distance of 50 feet.  Please be sure to retain your ticket for admittance back into the building.

Talkbacks

During summer performances at the Little York Pavilion, Cortland Repertory Theatre hosts Friday Night Talk Backs most Friday evenings, unless otherwise noted.  Talkbacks include question and answer periods with the actors, designers, technicians and CRT administration.  Those audience members interested in taking part should simply stay in their seats following the performance and the talkback will begin as soon as possible.
