For Summer Events: The Little York Pavilion, 6799 Little York Lake Road, Preble


The Little York Pavilion Reception Hall is able to host events between mid-May and early October. The first floor of the national historic Pavilion in Dwyer Park with a beautiful view of Little York Lake is the perfect location for weddings, corporate dinners, fund raisers and parties of all kinds!

  • All events must conclude by 6:00 pm on nights when CRT has an evening performance.
  • Before and after CRT’s summer performance schedule, events must conclude by 10:00 pm.
  • The hall can accommodate up to 180 people sitting, or 400 standing.
  • Rental charge is $600 per event plus a refundable $200 damage deposit.

Fee includes:

  • 175 folding chairs
  • 12 rectangular tables (30” x 96” )
  • 14 round tables (60” diameter)
  • “After-event” cleaning
  • Hall Manager on location for entire event

* All catering, decorations, entertainment and linens are the responsibility of the event planner.

For Winter Events: CRT Downtown,  24 Port Watson Street, Cortland


Plan an event in our brand new “black box” theatre!  High profile location, walkable to all that downtown Cortland has to offer! 

  • Tables and seating up to 200 people
  • Wifi throughout the building
  • Attached professional grade catering kitchen
  • Specialized sound and lighting systems available
  • Optional stage with versatile stage location
  • Smaller break out and dressing rooms available
  • Fully accessible and heated/air conditioned

  • Business Meetings Only (between the hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon – Fri):
    • Hall and kitchen – 4 hours/100 people: $400 plus a $200 refundable damage deposit
  • Weddings/Parties/Dinners/Dances/etc:
    • Hall and kitchen –  full day /up to 250 people – $700 plus a $200 refundable damage deposit
    • Hall, kitchen, dressing room, concession stand/bar – full day/up to 250 people – $1,000 plus a $200 refundable damage deposit
    • Lights, sound and video system, staging – cost determined by event.  
  • Special pricing available for school and youth events, dances, proms, etc.  Please inquire!
