To order tickets ONLINE, select the particular show and click on the "Buy Tickets" button. Choose the performance and ticket price, and you will be given the best available seats. Additional charges will apply for on-line sales. There are no additional charges for in-person orders or orders made over the phone.
Fall/Winter/Spring Tickets are available thru E-Tix link at least three weeks before performances.
Summer tickets are available thru E-Tix link starting on May 23, 2016.

For other one-night showings and individual events, ticket prices will vary.
There are no additional charges for in-person orders, or orders made over the phone directly to CRT.
Sales made on-line will have additional charges, which are clearly added before customers are asked to enter credit card numbers. Customers may opt to not pay the on-line fee by ordering tickets via phone or in person.

2016 SUMMER Flex Pass Subscriptions
The CRT Flex Pass of 6 admissions lets you pick the shows and dates you want to attend. They may be used as you choose - as single tickets, as pairs of tickets, or any combination that suits your needs. To redeem your Flex Pass, simply contact the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the performances you wish to attend and you'll receive the best available seats. However… Please plan ahead - don’t wait until the last minute to redeem your Flex Pass! Seating is subject to availability and not guaranteed until order is placed. Some shows are very popular and may sell out in advance. If a particular performance is sold out, Flex Pass purchasers must choose a different performance.

Deadlines for SUMMER Orders
Subscriber's Week will be May 16 - 20, 2016, during which subscribers and flex pass purchasers enjoy the privilege of ticket exchanges and the chance to purchase additional tickets before the general public. Exchanges may be made at any time during the summer WITH AT LEAST 24 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE of your scheduled performance. May 20, 2016 - Final Day to Order Subscriptions! Cortland Repertory Theatre Ticket Policies
All ticket sales are final. Single ticket sales are not refundable or exchangeable. With 24 hour notice, only subscribers are allowed to exchange tickets for a different night within the run of the same show.
Individuals with Gift Certificates or Flex Passes are not guaranteed a seat at any given performance until they redeem their certificate or pass with the box office. Don’t wait until the last minute! Please don’t assume that our shows will always have seats available! Some shows may be very popular and may sell out in advance. If a particular performance is sold out, Gift Certificate redeemers and Flex Pass Subscribers must choose a different performance; they can not be accommodated if a performance is sold out and will forfeit the Flex Pass or Gift Certificate unless another performance is chosen. Gift Certificates and Flex Passes are only valid for the current season.
Groups of 10 or more can enjoy great savings. For information and orders, please call the Business Office at (607) 753-6161.
We welcome children old enough to enjoy our productions, but stress that tickets must be purchased for all children. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to very young children.
If you would like to be on our mailing list, please sign our guest book, send us email or leave your name and address with the Box Office.
Seniors or Students with valid ID may be eligible for half price Rush Tickets at 15 minutes before curtain time. People who are not students or seniors may purchase Rush Tickets for $5.00 off regular price at 5 minutes until curtain time.
The theatre at the Little York Pavilion is wheelchair accessible. An elevator is located in the north stair tower at the top of the handicapped accessible ramp. The theatre can accommodate up to six wheelchairs, with companion seating, at any performance. Please inform the box office of your needs when ordering tickets.
"Plus Seating" is available in a variety of locations throughout the theatre. These seats are 3" wider for those audience members who would like to take advantage of this opportunity. Please inform the box office of your needs when ordering tickets.
Hearing Impaired Listening System
For the hearing impaired, a listening system is available at the box office. The use of this device is free of charge; however you will be asked to leave a form of ID or a credit card at the Box Office.
Sign Language Interpretation
Sign Interpretation of our shows is available the second Saturday of each performance, with advance request.
Free copies of this playbill in large print are available at the box office.
Cortland Repertory Pavilion Theatre Policies
You should arrive at the theatre no less than 15 minutes before the performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the Pavilion. If you wish to smoke at intermission, please do so at least 50 feet from the building in the designated smoking areas.
Emergency fire exits are indicated by red signs located above the doors.
In the interest of safety, patrons are asked to refrain from walking on the stage before or after the performance or during intermission.
Restrooms are located on the first floor of the Pavilion.
Food and Beverages
Patrons are asked to not bring food or beverages other than water into the theatre. Refreshments are offered on the second floor porch of the Pavilion during intermission.
The use of recording equipment or the taking of photographs in the theatre during the performance are strictly forbidden by law. Equipment will be confiscated by the management and returned at the end of the show.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found items will be held for 72 hours. Please check with the House Manager or call the business office if you think you left an item in the theatre.
