Cortland Repertory Theatre Ticket Policies
Exchange/Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Single ticket sales are not refundable or exchangeable. With 24 hour notice, only subscribers are allowed to exchange tickets for a different night within the run of the same show.
Plan ahead!
Individuals with Gift Certificates or Flex Passes are not guaranteed a seat at any given performance until they redeem their certificate or pass with the box office. Don’t wait until the last minute! Please don’t assume that our shows will always have seats available! Some shows may be very popular and may sell out in advance. If a particular performance is sold out, Gift Certificate redeemers and Flex Pass Subscribers must choose a different performance; they can not be accommodated if a performance is sold out and will forfeit the Flex Pass or Gift Certificate unless another performance is chosen.
Gift Certificates and Flex Passes are only valid for the current season.
Group Sales
Groups of 10 or more can enjoy great savings. For information and orders, please call the Business Office at (607) 753-6161.
Children
We welcome children old enough to enjoy our productions, but stress that tickets must be purchased for all children. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to very young children.
