“THE STARS” Reception Hall is now booking events for the 2008 SUMMER, May 10 - October 4

The newly restored first floor of the national historic Pavilion in Dwyer Park with a beautiful view of Little York Lake is the perfect location for weddings, corporate dinners, fund raisers and parties of all kinds! Because of the performance schedule of the theatre, from June 4 - August 30, all events must conclude by 6:00 pm. Before and after these dates, events must conclude by 10:00 pm. The Hall can accommodate up to 200 people sitting, or 400 standing.
Rental charge is $400 per event with a refundable $200 security deposit.
Fee includes:
- 225 new folding chairs
- 12 new rectangular tables (30” x 96” )
- 14 new round tables (60” diameter)
- "after-event" cleaning
All catering, decorations, entertainment and linens are the responsibility of the event planner.

History of the Little York Pavilion
The Little York Pavilion, the Theatre's performance space, was built in 1906. The Pavilion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. From its idyllic, country setting it commands a sweeping, picturesque view of Little York Lake. Cortland Repertory Theatre's use of this historically unique Pavilion has created strong feelings of pride and a growing sense of cultural awareness and civic responsibility within the community and region at large.
