Arrival

You should arrive at the theatre no less than 15 minutes before the performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the Pavilion. If you wish to smoke at intermission, please do so on the outdoor cement patio on the first floor.

Emergency Exits

Emergency fire exits are indicated by red signs located above the doors.

Safety

In the interest of safety, patrons are asked to refrain from walking on the stage before or after the performance or during intermission.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located on the first floor of the Pavilion.

Food and Beverages

Food and beverages other than water are expressly forbidden in the theatre at any time. Refreshments are offered on the second floor porch of the Pavilion during intermission.

Recording Equipment

The use of recording equipment or the taking of photographs in the theatre during the performance are strictly forbidden by law. Equipment will be confiscated by the management and returned at the end of the show.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found items will be held for 72 hours. Please check with the House Manager or call the business office if you think you left an item in the theatre.

Wheelchair Accessible

The Edward Jones Playhouse at the Pavilion is wheelchair accessible. An elevator is located in the north stair tower at the top of the ramp. The theatre can accommodate up to four wheelchairs, with companion seating, at any performance. Please inform the box office of your needs when ordering tickets.

Plus Seating

"Plus Seating" is available in a variety of locations throughout the theatre. These seats are 3" wider for those audience members who would like to take advantage of this opportunity. Please inform the box office of your needs when ordering tickets.

Hearing Impaired Listening System

For the hearing impaired, a listening system is available at the box office. The use of this device is free of charge; however you will be asked to leave a form of ID at the Box Office.

Sign Language Interpretation

Sign Interpretation of our shows is available the second Saturday of each performance, with advance request.

Sight Impaired

Free copies of this playbill in large print are available at the box office.
